o Construct Colorbond shed, including the offices / amenities area, incorporating the plumbing and electrical works.
Project Features:
· 24m wide x 60m long x 7.5m high solid steel construction.
· 24m wide x 8m long awning
· 6m leanto to 4 bays of shed and awning
· 3m wide cantilever verandah to front of showroom
· 6 x roller shutters with door closer
· 2 x roller doors (manual)
· 5 x PA/fire exit doors
· Office/amenities area including – Showroom, Lunchroom with kitchenette, admin/reception area, 5 x separate offices, separate male and female amenities, accessible WC/Bathroom.
